Shipping policy

Currently we can only supply within the UK

We dispatch all orders within 2 working days (usually same day) of receipt of your order, using the Royal Mail 1^st class service, which aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch. Orders must be received by 3:30pm UK time for same day dispatch, though this cannot be guaranteed.

Postage and packing will be added on orders.

Returns

In accordance with government regulations on Consumer Contracts as they relate to distance and online selling for orders over £42, the customer has 14 days from the point of delivery of the order to cancel or raise any problems with the order (in which case please get in touch with us at purchasechichesterart@gmail.com and we would be happy to discuss your order and how best to fix things) otherwise after which time the order is completed and closed.

Where items are to be returned, they must be in the original un-opened condition and must be unused. Original shipping costs will be refunded, but the cost of the return must be borne by the customer.

If you have purchased your items through a third party, please keep the receipt and original packaging and return the faulty item to that third party.
