Sometimes it’s really difficult to talk about stuff, words just aren’t enough...
You may have challenges with life events, or difficult feelings and reactions. I offer talking therapy alongside working with creative arts to help you explore the heart of the matter.
There is space for words, feelings, images, metaphors, sounds, and your unique story.
We can discover a way forward safely together.
