Artistic expression allows you to express your emotions, reduce stress, and increase self-awareness. My workshops are carefully curated to provide a holistic approach to wellbeing, combining art therapy techniques with mindfulness practices.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDuring our \u003cstrong\u003eart workshops\u003c\/strong\u003e, you will have the opportunity to explore various art mediums, such as painting, drawing, and collage. In our \u003cstrong\u003ewriting workshops\u003c\/strong\u003e I explore reflective practice using journaling, poetry and free association writing.  As an experienced facilitator I will guide you through different exercises and techniques, allowing you to tap into your creativity and discover new ways of self-expression.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWorkshops are open to individuals of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced artists or writers.
